Date Night
Shot on 16mm film,
Date Night embraces the rich texture and discipline that only film can offer.
I love the way shooting on celluloid sharpens focus — not just in the frame, but across the entire set.

The film follows a couple who’ve separated, giving their relationship one last shot on a date night that takes a dark and unexpected turn.

If you’re afraid of spiders, you’ve been warned… but for the record, Julio the Sixth was a total sweetheart.
Morning Paper
Inspired by a passage in A Soldier’s Song: True Stories from the Falklands War by Ken Lukowiak,
Morning Paper is a two-minute short exploring the dislocation of PTSD.
Lukowiak describes walking over the bodies of fallen comrades one day in the Falklands,
and the next, quietly entering a corner shop back home in Britain.
That haunting contrast stayed with me — and became the spark for this film.

Heard
is a music video I directed for Roy’s Iron DNA, created as part of the world’s first augmented reality album.

The video draws inspiration from the lyric “I want to see the world while everything is heard”, the surreal descent of Scorsese’s After Hours, and the quietly absurd unraveling of The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin.

These influences combined to create a visual world where routine fractures, reality distorts, and perception slips sideways.

A Single Tear
My first ever short film is a two-minute tribute made in memory of my father.
It tells the story of a father and daughter’s bond — from the very beginning of her life to the final moments of his.
All in a single tear.
